2. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

If the order has not been shipped yet, we will process your cancellation and initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

You may, however, request a return after delivery (if applicable — see Section 3 below).
3. Return Policy
As our products are handled with utmost care and checked before dispatch, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your refund is delayed beyond this period, please contact your bank first and then reach out to us if the issue persists.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:

Products damaged after delivery due to improper use or storage.

Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Minor variations in product color, texture, or appearance caused by display differences.

6. Exchange Policy
At present, we do not offer exchanges.
